We hope you love your new purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy
You may return your unworn, unaltered item within 15 days of purchase for a store credit.
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team to begin the return process.
- Packaging: Carefully package your return, ensuring it's in its original condition.
- Shipping: Ship your return to the following address: Pavlou Valsamaki 26, 6026, Larnaca, Cyprus
Please note:
- Item Examination: All returned items will be inspected by a gemologist.
- Alterations: Items altered in any way are not returnable.
- Hygiene Items: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom designs cannot be returned.
Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we'll process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a Credit Voucher will be emailed to your e-mail within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your Credit Voucher yet, first check your spam e-mails.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your Voucher, please contact us at info@orofinojewellery.com or via phone at (+357) 24654666.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@orofinojewellery.com and send your item to: orofino jewellery, 26 Pavlou Valsamaki street, 6026 Larnaca , Cyprus.
Gifts:
- If you received your item as a gift, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item upon its return.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, they will receive a notification of your return and receive a store credit.
Shipping:
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €100.
- Orofino Jewellery is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Gift Voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
