Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

Custom Order Policy

  1. Custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  2. Deposits and payments made are strictly non-refundable.

  3. Once a custom design is confirmed, it cannot be changed during or after production.

  4. Completion time ranges from 10 to 30 business days unless otherwise specified.

  5. Slight variations in the amount or size of gemstones may occur. Any excess cost will be absorbed by Orofino. No refunds are given for lesser materials used.

  6. Completed items must be collected within 30 days. A €10/day storage fee applies thereafter.

  7. Ring resizing is available for €20 per ring.

  8. Resizing takes 1–2 weeks. If your event falls within this period, resizing will be completed afterward.

  9. Not all designs can be resized. Please confirm before ordering.

  10. Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations.

  11. Full balance is due upon collection.

  12. Orofino reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits will be fully refunded within 30 business days.

  13. As all pieces are handmade, minor deviations may occur.

  14. Our lifetime warranty is void if serviced by non-Orofino vendors or in cases of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage.

  15. Express orders are available upon request with additional charges.

  16. Customers must agree to these terms before order confirmation.

  17. We retain all rights to images and videos of our items.

  18. Price quotes are valid for 7 days only.

  19. All product photos, videos, and designs remain the property of Orofino and may be used for marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  20. To retain exclusive rights to a design, a €1,000 fee per item applies.

  21. Installment plans are available upon request.

  22. Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
