Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Orofino piece. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a "no questions asked" 30-day return policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


Please Note:

  • Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Store credit only is offered for all eligible returns.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • All Cyprus returns must be made via ACS Air Courier Services (Cyprus) Ltd.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@orofinojewellery.com with your return request.

    • Please include your order number in the subject line.

    • Optionally, let us know the reason for your return.

    • For Cyprus orders : visit your nearest ACS Courier station and request the return of your package to:
      ACS Courier Station – Larnaca, Cyprus
    • For international orders please contact us and we will guide you 

 

  1. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.

  2. If approved, we’ll notify you by email and issue your store credit accordingly.


Important Notes

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for return.

  • We do not accept returns on weekends or public holidays.

  • Refunds are not offered; eligible returns receive store credit only.
