Returns

In case you are not pleased with your policy, we have a "no questions asked" 30-day return option. The 30-day period starts to count from the day of the delivery of the good(s) in your order.

You still have 30 days to think it over, but please appreciate that:

  1. The returned items have to be in perfect condition*;
  2. The returned items have to be in their original and intact packaging.
  3. Custom orders cannot be returned and are not refundable
  4. Store credit only

Return courier costs are responsibility of the client and returns should be handled through ACS Air Courier Services (Cyprus) Ltd only.

Procedure:

  • To start a return, please send us an e-mail at info@orofinojewellery.com informing us of your intention to return the item(s);
  • State the order number on the email's subject;
  • If you wish, please also state the reason for return;
  • Visit your closest ACS Courier station and instruct them to return the item(s) to the ACS Courier Station in Larnaca;
  • Once the items reach us, we will have a look in order to confirm that they satisfy the above criteria;
  • We will follow-up with an e-mail informing you that your refund is processed to the bank account used to make the initial order.

*Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
